Industrial Civil Engineer, with a Degree in Business Management from the Catholic University and Degree in Innovation Strategic Management from Adolfo Ibáñez University.

He has oriented his professional management in the areas of innovation, new businesses, strategic planning, regulation and corporate affairs. He has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector where he worked for 21 years at Entel, holding different management positions.

He was alternate director of the Association of Telecommunications Companies (Atelmo) and was part of the regulatory committee of the same organization as well as the regulatory committees of GSM LA.
